Delivering engineering, maintenance and management services
As part of our long and successful partnership with ASC, we have played an important role in the ongoing sustainment and future capability of the Collins class submarines.
As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), we have provided engineering, maintenance and management services supporting Collins Class Submarine (CCSM) for approximately 25 years, since the CCSM first entered into service.
We are the manufacturer and maintainer of the Weapons Discharge System and Submerged Signal Ejector (SSE) as well as the in-country repair agent for the Air Purification Unit and Air Turbine Pump. We undertake repair, refurbishment and replacement of key system components, as well as providing engineering capability for concessions, deviations and system improvements throughout the life cycle of its systems.
We deliver these critical sovereign capabilities through local workforces and facilities in Osborne, South Australia and in Henderson, Western Australia and with a wide range of domestic suppliers.
Through close collaboration with our customer ASC, we are jointly ensuring program success through early identification and mitigation of risks, transparent reporting and open, honest discussions to identify and drive through operational improvements.
